Credit Card Agreement Disclosure & Acknowledgment
Amerifund Home Loans, Inc.
As a condition of participation in Amerifund's Loan Officer program, and pursuant to Section 15.05 of my Loan Originator
Agreement, I understand and agree to the following terms related to direct billing for required tools and services:
Direct Billing Requirement
I agree to establish and maintain a valid credit card (or other accepted payment method) for the purpose of direct billing for the following fees and expenses:
NMLS licensing transfer fees
NMLS and state licensing renewal fees, including surety bond and background check fees (where applicable)
Credit reports (via approved vendors — reimbursable through loan closing as set forth in my Agreement)
Monthly Tech Fee for the full Amerifund Tech Stack (detailed below)
Currently $150 per month for administration of any elected benefits, if applicable (subject to change)
Any and all costs, losses, or EPO penalties associated with your Loan Originator Employment Agreement Outside Sales
Tech Fee Acknowledgment
I understand that the current required monthly Tech Fee of $150 includes access to the following bundled technology solutions and resources that may change from time to time at the company's sole discretion:
LOS/POS: ARIVE
CRM: AceCRM
MBS Highway and Broker Tools
Amerifund’s exclusive resource library (pricing tools, lender contact list, training recordings, marketing material, links, referral forms, mortgage guidelines, branding assets, and more)
Email and custom web page with sharables and links
Additional integrated tools as provided and updated by Amerifund from time to time
Authorization to Charge
By signing this Disclosure, I authorize Amerifund and/or its designated vendors to charge my designated credit card (or other approved payment method) for the above fees on a recurring monthly basis, as applicable.
Non-Reimbursable Nature
I acknowledge that the Tech Fee is non-reimbursable by Amerifund and is a required cost of participating in the company’s technology ecosystem, as part of running my loan origination business.
Responsibility for Payment
I understand it is my responsibility to ensure my payment method remains valid and updated to avoid service interruption. I further understand that failure to maintain my Tech Fee payments may result in suspension of access to Amerifund’s technology stack and related resources, which may impact my ability to originate loans through Amerifund.
